The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

• Shipping & Delivery

• Carriage Tours of Savannah does not ship tickets.  Your reservation is booked online and we use your name for check in.  When it is time for your tour, you will meet the carriage at 19 Jefferson Street, Savannah GA 31401.

  CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 hours in advance of tour departure time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made inside that two hour window are subject to a minimum 50% cancellation fee, or up to the full amount paid, based on our ability to re-book your seats.  In lieu of a refund, you may reschedule a tour at any time prior to your scheduled departure time.  Proposal packages must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
